Town of Beloit, WI (April 16, 2020) – An accident on South Afton Road was confirmed to have at least one injury. The incident took place at approximately 1:14 p.m. on Thursday. One of the vehicles which required first responders to pull it out of a ditch on the side of the road was a white SUV.
It is unclear how many people were injured in the accident. The Beloit Police Department and Beloit Fire and Rescue were on the scene. The accident blocked the roadway until it was cleared.
The details of the accident are still under investigation by detectives with the BPD.
