Rockford, IL (April 7, 2020) – A motorcycle accident took place during the afternoon hours in Rockford. According to witness reports, two motorcycles collided at the intersection of Blackhawk Road and South Perryville Road. There were injuries as a result of the collision but the extent of those injuries has not been reported.
The Rockford Police Department and officials with the Rockford Fire and Emergency were on the scene to assess the damages and provide aid to the injured parties. The cause of the crash is unknown at this time.
The RPD continues to investigate.
