Rockford, IL (March 23, 2020) – An automobile accident was reported to have occurred in Rockford around 6:20 a.m. on Monday morning. The incident took place at the intersection of North Meridian Road and Kilburn Avenue (Route 70). There were injuries as a result of the crash.

The Rockford Police Department was on the scene but they did not release further information regarding how the accident happened. It is unclear how severe the injuries are but it is believed they are non-life-threatening.

RPD continues to investigate the crash.
