Rockford, IL (February 20, 2020) – A traffic accident took place on Thursday morning at the corner of North Main Street and Whitman Street. Sources reported that one of the vehicles in the accident was a school bus.

There were multiple injuries as a result of the crash. It is unknown how severe the injuries sustained were.

The Rockford Police Department and EMS were called to the scene. Sources have not confirmed if any of the injured parties were transported to the hospital for treatment of their injuries.

The RPD is investigating what factors played a role in causing the crash.
