Rockford, IL (April 14, 2020) – An accident took place at the intersection of Kishwaukee Avenue and 15th Street on Tuesday with injuries reported. A van and a black vehicle were reported to have been involved in the incident. It is unknown what caused the crash at this time.
Authorities with the Rockford Police Department and the Rockford Fire and Rescue were on the scene. Authorities indicated that one party was pinned in their vehicle and extrication was needed. At least one person required transportation to the local hospital for treatment.
The number of injured parties and the severity of the injuries has not been confirmed. Authorities are still investigating.
