Rockford, IL (April 20, 2020) – The Rockford Police Department was called out to the scene of an accident at approximately 7:30 a.m. on Monday morning near the intersection of East State Street and Phelps Avenue.
Individuals involved in the accident incurred injuries, however, the number and severity of the injuries were not reported. It is unclear if any of the injured parties were transported to the hospital.
It is unclear what caused the accident, and the RPD continues to investigate.
