Rockford, IL (February 22, 2020) – Sources report that an accident happened near West Jefferson Street and North Church Street on Saturday morning. The downtown Rockford accident was confirmed to have caused injuries.

Authorities from the Rockford Police Department arrived at the scene of the accident which was reported at approximately 9:30 a.m. The severity of the injuries was not confirmed.

The RPD is still investigating the cause of the crash.
