Rockfod, IL (January 14, 2020) – Sources are reporting a vehicular accident that resulted in injuries at approximately 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday evening.

The incident took place at the intersection of Kishwaukee Street and Oak Street. It is believed there were multiple parties that sustained injuries in this accident. The severity of the injuries has not been made public at this time.

The Rockford Police Department and the Rockford Fire and Rescue were on the scene. Some traffic delays resulted from the authorities tending to the victims and investigating the crash.

The details of how the crash occurred have not been released. The RPD is still investigating and will provide more information once their survey is complete. Avoid the area if possible.
