Rockford, IL (February 29, 2020) – An accident took place in a school parking lot during the evening on Friday night. Sources reported that the incident was reported to have occurred at 8:30 p.m. in the parking lot of the Christian Life School located at 5950 Spring Creek Rd in Rockford.

There were two people who sustained injuries as a result of the crash. Sources reported that one of the victims had deep head lacerations and was heavily bleeding.

The Rockford Police Department and paramedics were called to the scene to provide aid to the injured parties. The severity of the injuries has not been reported.

The details which caused the crash were not released.

The RPD continues to investigate.
