Rockford, IL (April 28, 2020) – According to sources, a serious crash occurred on I-90 near mile marker 15 ½ in Rockford. There were injuries reported as a result of the crash. The incident was reported to have taken place in the westbound lanes of the I-90.
Authorities with the Rockford Police Department (RPD) were on the scene to assess the damages. The Rockford Fire and Rescue were also on the scene to provide aid to the injured parties.
The RPD has not disclosed what caused the crash or the severity of the injured parties. The RPD continues to investigate.
