Pearl City, IL (April 10, 2020) – According to authorities with the Stephenson County Sheriff’s Office, an employee of the Pearl Valley Eggs company died Thursday afternoon at approximately 2:30 p.m. A report was called into the sheriff’s department from the food processing plant regarding a work-related accident.
Pearl City Fire and Ambulance rushed to the scene located at the 900 block of Kent Road where they found the worker dead upon arrival. The identity of the victim was not yet released. The Stephenson County Sheriff’s Department alongside the coroner’s office continues to investigate.
