Newark, WI (April 30, 2020) – UPDATE- The individual responsible for a hit-and-run crash as well as a possible stabbing crime on Sunday has been found and identified. Alondra Gallardo was arrested by Rock County Deputies on Monday, April 27. The police confirmed that they found her at her residence in the City of Beloit. Gallardo is facing two counts of Attempted 1st Degree Intentional Homicide and one count of Hit and Run-Causing Injury.

On Sunday authorities with the Rock County Sheriff’s Office responded to a scene on South Olson Rad and West Highway 81 in Newark Township. A car crash and possible stabbing were reported. Once on the scene, two men had injuries that required medical treatment and they were taken to the hospital. Both men were eventually released.

The police searched for Gallardo using a K-9 track and drone but were unable to find her. They asked the public to help by providing any information possible to locate Gallardo.
