Monona, WI (January 10, 2020) – Two vehicles collided in an accident on Friday night. The incident took place on Highway 12/18 going eastbound at Mill Pond Road. Dane County Communication reported that the accident occurred at 7:30 p.m.

Injuries were confirmed. One ambulance was on the scene in addition to the Madison Fire Department and the Madison Police Department. The scene was blocked off from traffic and the authorities told the public to avoid the area while the investigation took place.

The Wisconsin Department of Transportation indicated that the left shoulder was blocked as a result of the crash. The Madison Police Department is still investigating the cause of the crash.
