Machesney Park, IL (April 29, 2020) – An accident took place on Tuesday evening sources report. The Incident was located at the intersection of Maple Avenue and Elm Avenue. Injuries were reported as a result of the crash but the types of injuries sustained were not released.
Authorities with the Rockford Police Department (RPD) were on the scene and they were asking the public to avoid the area. Sources reported that a tow truck was on the scene for cleanup.
The cause of the accident has not been released. Detectives with the RPD continue to investigate.
