Loves Park, IL (January 24, 2020) A multi-vehicle accident took place on Friday around 4:00 a.m. near the intersection of Forest Hills Road and Harlem Road.

Two automobiles collided and at least one individual was injured as a result. The Rockford Police Department and the Rockford Fire and Rescue were on the scene to provide aid to the injured parties.

It is not known if the rainy weather was a factor in the accident. The RPD confirms that the accident remains under investigation.
