Janesville, WI (January 04, 2020) – The Wisconsin Department of Transportation reported an injurious multi-vehicle crash involving a semi-truck and a sedan at 5:39 p.m. on Friday.

First responders to the crash called a Med Flight to the scene to transport a victim with critical injuries to a local area hospital. The northbound lanes of traffic were diverted off to U.S. Highway 14 and 51 while an investigation into the circumstances of the collision took place.

According to Rock County dispatchers, firefighters, as well as police, were on the scene to help injured victims.

The cause of the crash remains under investigation. The names of the parties involved in the accident have not been released.
