Janesville, WI (February 18, 2020) – An accident was reported to have occurred at East Centerway Street and Harding Street during the afternoon hours on Wednesday. The Janesville Police Department was called to the scene and they blocked off the northbound lanes on East Centerway Street.
The authorities have told the public to avoid the area while they investigate. The incident took place at 3:56 p.m. and by 4:07 p.m. the lanes were reopened.
There were injuries as a result of the crash. The severity of the injuries has not been reported.
JPD will be providing more information to the public when the investigation is complete.
