The initial call for help came in at approximately 6:50 in the evening on January 6 and indicated that at least two people sustained injuries. A call was put out to Footville Fire and Rescue requesting mutual aid for the injured parties involved.
The crash took place on the rural West Marsh Road and required multiple first responders to come to the scene. The Evansville Police Department and the Footville Police Department, as well as fire and rescue, were present on the crash scene.
There was extensive damage to the vehicles involved in this crash and the victim did require medical attention. It is not known what caused the accident as of this time.
The police are still investigating the details fo the crash.
