Cross Plains, WI (February 18, 2020) – All of the lanes of Highway 14 were closed down by authorities at Caesar Street on Wednesday morning. There were multiple traffic incidents reported by the Dane County Dispatch, with injuries incurred in at least one of the incidents.

A two-car crash occurred at the intersection of Caesar Street and Main Street. The police, as well as Emergency Medical Services, were on the scene to provide aid to the injured parties. The severity of the injuries was not reported and it is unclear if the victims were transported to the hospital for treatment.

The Wisconsin Department of Transportation (WisDOT) advised the public to stay away from the area and that the closures would last at least one hour.

The details leading to the accident have not been released. The authorities continue to investigate.
