Rockford, IL (March 30, 2020) – A traffic accident took place in Rockford late on Sunday night. The incident was reported to have taken place at approximately 10:45 p.m. A vehicle reportedly crashed into a private residence where injuries were sustained as a result.

The incident took place at the intersection of North Main Street and Halsted Road. It is not known how severe the injuries were but several emergency personnel rushed to the scene to assess the damages and provide aid.

It is unclear if the Rockford Fire and Rescue needed to transport any victims to the local hospital for treatment.

Rockford Police Department continues to investigate.
